Returns Policy

Unless otherwise stated all orders are sold on a firm sale basis. If the books you receive are damaged we will replace them if they are returned within 21 days of purchase. 

Privacy

The privacy of your customer data and orders are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.

Delivery Times

We will process your order within 1 business day following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 5 days for delivery domestically. 

For wholesale orders from booksellers goods will be despatched at time of invoicing.  PLEASE NOTE, we are not GST registered.
